Eerst en vooral moet je de machine uitschakelen en de stekker uit het stopcontact halen. Wacht 10 seconden, sluit het apparaat opnieuw aan en zet het aan.
Brandt de startknop op je NEO Latte-machine nog steeds rood? Waarschijnlijk heeft je machine dan een technisch probleem.
Neem contact op met de NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto klantenservice op 02 529 55 13 of via email. Vermeld dat je machine de foutmelding 'n2-error-10001' geeft en ons team zal hun best doen het probleem te verhelpen.
First things first, turn off and unplug your machine. Wait for 10 seconds, plug it back in and turn it on.
Is the start button on your NEO machine still displaying a steady red light? It’s likely that your machine has a technical issue.
