Kan ik de grootte van mijn koffiekopje kiezen met de NEO Start Adapter?
Ja. Als je een handmatige machine hebt, ga je op de gebruikelijke manier te werk door de hendel in de hete stand te zetten en weer in de middelste stand wanneer het gewenste volume bereikt is. Als je een automatische machine hebt, selecteer je het volume zoals gewoonlijk. De bereiding stopt wanneer het geselecteerde volume bereikt is.
Is de NEO Start Adapter geschikt voor alle NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto-machines?
De NEO Start Adapter is compatibel met de volgende NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto-machines: INFINISSIMA®, INFINISSIMA® Touch, GENIO® S, GENIO® S Plus, GENIO® S Touch, PICCOLO®, PICCOLO® XS, MINIME®. Andere NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto-modellen zijn niet compatibel met de NEO Start Adapter. Probeer je NEO Start Adapter niet in je machine te forceren. Controleer of je NEO Start Adapter compatibel is met de NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto-machine die je bezit.
Ik kan het deksel van de NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto-koffiemachine niet sluiten nadat ik de NEO Start Adapter heb geplaatst, wat moet ik doen?
De NEO Start Adapter wordt magnetisch door de machine aangetrokken; als je problemen hebt met het sluiten van het deksel van de machine, controleer dan of:
- 1. Je NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto-machine compatibel is met de NEO Start Adapter.
- 2. De NEO Start Adapter goed gesloten is (het deksel is stevig ingedrukt en de vergrendeling is dicht).
- 3. De NEO Start Adapter goed in positie zit.

What is the range available and compatible with the NEO Start Adapter?
Only a selection of black coffees are available. (size S)
Brazil: NEO Espresso Sul de Minas Organic, NEO Starbucks® Espresso Roast, NEO Espresso Delicate, NEO Espresso Dark, NEO Ristretto intense.
Portugal: NEO Espresso SICAL®, NEO Espresso BUONDI®, NEO Espresso, NEO Espresso Intense, NEO Decaffeinated Espresso.

Can I choose the size of my coffee cup using the NEO Start Adapter?
Yes. If you have a manual machine, proceed as usual by moving the lever to hot position and moving it back to middle position when the desired volume is reached. If you have a Flow Stop machine, select the volume as usual, and the pump will stop when the selected volume will be reached.
The NEO Start Adapter, is it suitable for all NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® machine models?
The NEO Start Adapter is compatible with the following NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® machines: INFINISSIMA®, INFINISSIMA® Touch, GENIO® S, GENIO® S Plus, GENIO® S Touch, PICCOLO®, PICCOLO® XS, MINIME®. Other NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® models are not compatible with the NEO Start Adapter. Do not attempt to forcefully insert your NEO Start Adapter into your machine. Make sure that your NEO Start Adapter is compatible with the NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® machine you own.
I can't close the lid of the NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® coffee machine after putting on the NEO Start Adapter, what should I do?
The NEO Start Adapter is magnetically attracted to the end position; if you have difficulties closing the machine cover, please check that:
- 1. Your NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® machine is compatible with the NEO Start Adapter.
- 2. The NEO Start Adapter is properly closed (the lid of the NEO Start Adapter is pressed firmly and the latch is closed).
- 3. The NEO Start Adapter is well inserted in machine head and pushed to the end position.
Usually there are no frictions and the NEO Start Adapter is magnetically attracted to the end position.
Assist in the closure by applying palm pressure.
