Ils ont été testés pour s'assurer qu'ils se compostent dans un délai de 6 mois dans des conditions contrôlées (à 28°C). Puis-je choisir la taille de ma tasse de café avec l'adaptateur NEO Start ?
Oui. Si vous disposez d'une machine manuelle, procédez comme d'habitude en plaçant le levier en position chaude et en le ramenant en position centrale lorsque le volume souhaité est atteint. Si vous disposez d'une machine avec arrêt du débit, sélectionnez le volume comme d'habitude, et la pompe s'arrêtera lorsque le volume sélectionné sera atteint.
L'adaptateur NEO Start convient-il à tous les modèles de machines NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto ?
L'adaptateur NEO Start est compatible avec les machines NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto suivantes : INFINISSIMA, INFINISSIMA Touch, GENIO S, GENIO S Plus, GENIO S Touch, PICCOLO, PICCOLO XS, MINI ME. Les autres modèles NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto ne sont pas compatibles avec l'adaptateur NEO Start. N'essayez pas d'insérer de force votre adaptateur NEO Start dans votre machine. Assurez-vous que votre adaptateur NEO Start est compatible avec la machine NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto que vous possédez.
Je n'arrive pas à fermer le couvercle de la machine à café NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto après avoir mis en place l'adaptateur NEO Start, que dois-je faire ?
L'adaptateur NEO Start est attiré magnétiquement en position finale ; si vous avez des difficultés à fermer le couvercle de la machine, vérifiez les points suivants :
- 1. Votre machine NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto est compatible avec l'adaptateur NEO Start.
- 2. L'adaptateur NEO Start est bien fermé (le couvercle de l'adaptateur est pressé fermement et le loquet est fermé).
- 3. L'adaptateur NEO Start est bien inséré dans la tête de la machine et en position finale.
En général, il n'y a pas de frictions et l'adaptateur NEO Start est attiré magnétiquement vers la position finale. Aidez à la fermeture avec une pression de la paume de la main.

What is the range available and compatible with the NEO Start Adapter?
Only a selection of black coffees are available. (size S)
Brazil: NEO Espresso Sul de Minas Organic, NEO Starbucks® Espresso Roast, NEO Espresso Delicate, NEO Espresso Dark, NEO Ristretto intense.
Portugal: NEO Espresso SICAL®, NEO Espresso BUONDI®, NEO Espresso, NEO Espresso Intense, NEO Decaffeinated Espresso.

Can I choose the size of my coffee cup using the NEO Start Adapter?
Yes. If you have a manual machine, proceed as usual by moving the lever to hot position and moving it back to middle position when the desired volume is reached. If you have a Flow Stop machine, select the volume as usual, and the pump will stop when the selected volume will be reached.
The NEO Start Adapter, is it suitable for all NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® machine models?
The NEO Start Adapter is compatible with the following NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® machines: INFINISSIMA®, INFINISSIMA® Touch, GENIO® S, GENIO® S Plus, GENIO® S Touch, PICCOLO®, PICCOLO® XS, MINIME®. Other NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® models are not compatible with the NEO Start Adapter. Do not attempt to forcefully insert your NEO Start Adapter into your machine. Make sure that your NEO Start Adapter is compatible with the NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® machine you own.
I can't close the lid of the NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® coffee machine after putting on the NEO Start Adapter, what should I do?
The NEO Start Adapter is magnetically attracted to the end position; if you have difficulties closing the machine cover, please check that:
- 1. Your NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® machine is compatible with the NEO Start Adapter.
- 2. The NEO Start Adapter is properly closed (the lid of the NEO Start Adapter is pressed firmly and the latch is closed).
- 3. The NEO Start Adapter is well inserted in machine head and pushed to the end position.
Usually there are no frictions and the NEO Start Adapter is magnetically attracted to the end position.
Assist in the closure by applying palm pressure.
