De beste manier om vrienden en familie thuis te verwelkomen, is met NEO Latte-drankjes van koffiebarkwaliteit. Als na het bereiden van heerlijke drankjes de startknop op de NEO Latte-machine snel wit knippert, dan dien je de volgende stappen te volgen:
Wacht indien nodig tot de machine de pad automatisch uitwerpt. Leeg de opvangbak en plaats deze terug in de machine.
Als de startknop nog steeds wit knippert, controleer dan de vakje van de pads. Gebruik een stomp voorwerp om de koffiepad te verwijderen wanneer deze vast zou zitten.
Belangrijk: Haal de stekker niet uit het stopcontact.
Opgelet: Als je de opvangbak leegt terwijl de machine uitgeschakeld is, dan kan de hoeveelheid afwijken van de waarschuwing.
Als het probleem zich blijft voordoen, dan contacteer je best de NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto klantenservice op 02 529 55 13 of via email. Vermeld dat je machine de foutmelding 'n2-warning-1' geeft en ons team zal hun best doen het probleem te verhelpen.

If necessary, wait until the machine automatically ejects the pod. Empty the pod bin and place it back into the machine.
If the start button still flashes white, check the pod inlet. If there's a blocked pod inside, use a blunt tool to remove it.
Important: Don’t unplug the machine.
Note: if you empty the pod bin while the machine is turned off, the quantity can vary compared to the alert.
