NEO features a compact, built-in pod bin that lets you brew more than a few coffees before emptying it.  

 

If you notice that the start button is flashing white, it could be that the pod bin is not properly in place. Take it out, make sure it’s empty and correctly slide it back into position. 

Now it’s time to prepare great-tasting coffee in seconds!

If the issue persists, please contact the NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® hotline on 0800 707 6066, mention that your machine has error “n2-alert-5", and our team will do their best to solve the issue.

Dankzij de ingebouwde compacte opvangbak van de NEO Latte kan je meerdere koppen koffie zetten voordat je het moet legen.


Als de startknop wit knippert, kan het zijn dat de opvangbak niet goed is geplaatst. Haal het bakje eruit, controleer of het helemaal leeg is en schuif het correct terug op zijn plaats.


Tijd om heerlijke koffie te zetten, en dat slechts in enkele seconden tijd!


Als het probleem zich blijft voordoen, dan contacteer je best de NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto klantenservice op 02 529 55 13 of via email. Vermeld dat je machine de foutmelding 'n2-warning-5' geeft en ons team zal hun best doen het probleem te verhelpen.
